At the meeting, Vice-President Jin first introduced the issue of our national hot spot .he stressed that "Safeguarding National Unity and Opposing Ethnic Separatism" should be focused on the three issues: " the Han People can¡¯t leave the Minority Peoples ; the Minority Peoples can¡¯t leave the Han People; the Minority Peoples can¡¯t leave the Minority Peoples.¡± Subsequently, all the Ideological Teachers discussed heartily on China's national policy, the distribution of the Minority Peoples in China, the status of national regional economic development the infiltration of foreign hostile forces, and the significance national unity .

At the meeting, also identified the special lecture of "Safeguarding National Unity and Opposing Ethnic Separatism" and did the detailed arrangements for the related matters before the National Day.
