In view of A H1N1 Influenza reported to increase in some of inner-province schools, the situation

is grim. According to the spirits of a series of documents on the prevention and control of Influenza made by Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Provincial Department of Education, the College Party attaches great importance to set up prevention and control. a leading group, headed by the president himself, was formed to do the prevention and control work. In order to win influenza blocking action and ensure the health and safety of whole the staff and students, our college has taken strong and powerful "Seven" measures to build a full line of prevention and

control of Influenza A H1N1:

Firstly, an influenza A H1N1 prevention and control work responsibility system was established at

all levels and all departments, which is "number one" overall responsibility. And letters of

responsibility on the Influenza A H1N1 prevention and control were signed layer to layer.

Secondly, adhere to the "three inspections, one track, two reports" system, our college has set up body temperature test points at the gate from the beginning of this term, everyone must undergo temperature tests. Teachers and students who tripped back to must register and be checked. Our college has prepared four infrared temperature gun, 600 thermometers to strengthen the students and teachers body temperature measurement which done three times a day (morning, afternoon and evening). Our college has also set up a strict sickness absence registration and tracking system, in which certain person is responsible for the registration of students and staff sick leave and follow-up work. The leaders of our college are on duty 24-hour a day. All the departments must report the daily prevention and control work to the college infirmary and security office, and the college itself also regularly report the anti-Influenza A H1N1 information to the Department of Education's Office everyday.

Third, our college has established a linkage mechanism, in which material are well prepared. The college infirmary is keeping closely touch with the designated hospitals to ensure any fever patient, be immediately sent to the designated hospitals, be isolated for observation and further treatment. There were a total of 51 patients with fever, through the monitoring and treatment, whose body temperature returned to normal. Non-teachers or students infected with Influenza A H1N1 by now. There are 400 masks, several isolation rooms, fixed patient transfer vehicles and personnel ready for any accidents.

Fourthly, our college has also strengthen propaganda of prevention and control Influenza A H1N1 influenza. Blackboard newspaper, posters, campus radio, classes, lectures are all employed to carry out Influenza A H1N1 prevention and control. Knowledge, hygiene propaganda and education has truly raised everyone¡¯s Influenza A H1N1 prevention and control consciousness.

Fifth, a good cleaning of the campus has been done. A thorough cleaning and disinfection had

ensured the environmental health, classrooms, dormitories, library, cafeteria and other places of

high concentration of people ventilation at any time.

Sixthly, the management of guard has been strengthened, the access card system and foreign personnel registration system, temperature testing system are under going.

Lastly, our college has strictly carried out the notification system and the accountability system on the prevention and control Influenza A H1N1. A inspectors group is responsible for the supervision and inspection. Any work not in place, is immediately been college-wide communication, and investigation of the responsible person's responsibility and a deadline for correction is done to the individual

After many efforts, a number of initiatives, the College Influenza A H1N1 control efforts have got initial success, and won the praise from Provincial Department of Education Anti-Influenza A H1N1. At present, all the work proceeded smoothly, campus is security and stability, teaching is going orderly.
